Shipping & Returns
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Please note that you may not see any tracking updates until 24 hours receiving your shipping confirmation email.
If you find that your parcel has been Returned To Sender, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
Shipping within Australia is free for all orders.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for dispatch, processing and delivery.
All Australian orders are shipped with standard delivery service by AusPost. Please allow up to five (5) business days for remote areas.
A flat rate of AUD $30.00 is applicable to all international orders.
International orders are expected to be delivered within ten (10) business days from the date of purchase and pending customs clearances.
International Taxes & Duties
All applicable customs, import duties and fees are not accounted for in the shipping fee and will not be charged by Ramsie. The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties or foreign taxes that may be imposed. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order where outstanding fees are not paid and in some rare cases delivery may be delayed.
Returns & Exchanges
We will happily provide refunds and exchanges for faulty shirts or incorrect sizes if your item(s) meet the following requirements:
• Still in its original condition
• Tags are attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• No alterations or personalisation
Refunds and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied with your proof of purchase.
The mailing bag you received your shirt(s) in is reusable and has a secondary adhesive strip. Please use this to return your shirt(s) if you still have it.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Shirts are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Shirts that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
If you think you have received a faulty shirt please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the information below where possible and we will contact you as soon as possible:
• A proof of purchase (sales invoice, bank statement, or any other transaction details can be helpful)
• A brief description of the damage that has occurred
• Images of the damage
• A brief outline of the use(s), frequency of use and care practices relating to the garment
• Relevant contact information.
